Description

雪花肉又稱為松板肉，取自豬隻頭、頸間的部位，每頭豬所能生產的「松板肉」只有兩片，每片約有200-300公克，肉質比其它部份鮮嫩許多，肥瘦相間，卻肥肉不膩、瘦肉不柴，還嫩中帶脆，是所有豬肉中口感最好的。
